I think it's Anakelly. I used Shazam once in a bar to see who was doing a cover of 'Man in the mirror' and it was 'Anakelly'. I wanted to look up the song on youtube and found this playlist of 'Anakelly'. Playing this song, I found out it was the same voice as what I heard in the other song. But a bit weird and mysterious you can find almost nothing about that name on youtube or shazam, not even a picture. She could be way more public known.
