[check] Allow clipping

Frequency(Hz): 1000
Roll-Off (dB per octave): 6dB
Amplify
Amplification (dB): 11

Fun fact: If you don't do the Amplify effect both times, your audio will also sound like it's being played back on an old tape recorder!

This is literally the same tutorial with the exact same settings down to the numbers as the video of EZ Tutorials called "Vintage Voice Effect in Audacity" and that video came out one year prior to this one. Curious.

In the effect bar, I don't have an option "high-pass effect". What i need to do?
That is because you have that plugin disabled. Go to "Tools" -> "Add / Remove Plug-ins..." and then in the "disabled" list search for High-pass.

I only got one question, why does it have to be 11 and why do we amplify it twice? Can't we just do amplify once at the end?
