They were suspects from Damien’s comments about the case and his background for violence. Mental institutions and the crazy tales he told his psychiatrists. He stated one of the boys had urine in their stomach. Details That were never released he stated to police before they were arrested. Jason was his follower Jesse was on probation for beating up a 9 and 12 year old girls. There were many reasons they were suspects. They’re just not in the docs. I’m not saying they’should have been convicted. But that wearing black narrative is the last reason they were suspects.

She confirmed this in an interview with the police on May 11, 1993. 3, One of the laces used to tie the boys belonged to an adult size boot. It is the same type of laces that should have been on Jason Baldwin's boots. Jason's boots did not have the original laces on them when confiscated. 4. Echols was spotted by an entire family( the Hollingsworth family) close to the discovery site, during the evening of the day of the killing. He had a lot of mud on his feet and pants according to them. And they had seen him many times before, because of their close relation to his GF Domini Teer. 5. may 6, 1993( the day after the murders) Jessie Misskelley out of the blue insisted that his friend(Buddy Lucas) should be the new owner of his muddy Adidas tennis shoes. Ryan Ferguson was another case I delved into and it was like the WM3 all over again with the false confession, lying witnesses (who recanted those lies), no DNA or evidence linking him to the murder of Kent, and people involved in the case furthering their careers on the backs of innocent men. The city of Marion Ar. Uses the newest school buses for drunks to be chauffeured from the high school parking lot to the Esperanza Bananza with kids riding with these drunk adults. Then the new school buses are used a special trips only. My nieces who live out side the county had no heat or air-conditioning. The buses broke down often getting them home at dark. So the more I tell you the less you get the picture of these two corrupt city's with W Catt street near the murder scene. I'm just now getting 50 % of the facts of the case. So far have found no indication of footprints or shoeprints at the crime scene that was damp and muddy from fighting these kids. Have you ever talked to anyone who has been on death row? I have heard almost everyone who has ever been in prison say the same thing. And believe it or not most of us had read the police files, and stand by our opinions that the information in those files isn't accurate and the investigation was a farce. I learned of the case in college, peer reviewing a classmate's thesis, not by watching a documentary.

He says the condition was created in prison by being in a small cell and his eyes never having the opportunity to focus on distance as well as close up objects. The studio lights bother him. I feel the presiding judge really put all this into play at the beginning by allowing HBO (Were all in the Home Box, not the jury box, and behind the scenes were in a home office not a jury office, not on the stand, not victims of either circumstances.) The prosecution really didn't have any understanding of a well put together argument thst wasn't filled with presumptuous ideas. For example someone's name being brought up and essentially priming the person on the stand testifying, as well as an expert. The justice system is clearly very different (way more than I perceived before) as to who they allow to testify as experts as well thst were giving fully incorrect and clashing information on his expert of expertise. I see what your'e saying but that' doesn't mean he's guilty. He may be others things that aren't good but if you look at the case without getting into the they did it they didn't do it part the case is very weak. Most prosecutors wouldn't even touch this case in 2018.

1. Not even one of them had an alibi attempt that wasn't disproved later
2. Deanna Holcomb(Damien's ex-GF) Already in 1992 alerted people that Damien had a plan to kill kids. She confirmed this in an interview with the police on May 11, 1993.
3, One of the laces used to tie the boys belonged to an adult size boot. It is the same type of laces that should have been on Jason Baldwin's boots. Jason's boots did not have the original laces on them when confiscated.
4. Echols was spotted by an entire family( the Hollingsworth family) close to the discovery site, during the evening of the day of the killing. He had a lot of mud on his feet and pants according to them. And they had seen him many times before, because of their close relation to his GF Domini Teer.
5. may 6, 1993( the day after the murders) Jessie Misskelley out of the blue insisted that his friend(Buddy Lucas) should be the new owner of his muddy Adidas tennis shoes. That is a very strange thing to insist, and one hell of a timing.
6. one of the victim's shirts still had some blue wax left on it after being soaked for a long time in the muddy water. several pages in a book confiscated from Echols bedroom also had blue wax on it. This was most likely candle wax.

volunteered that "the boys were not that big and easy to control" that “the killer was local and knew the kids went there." Also said the Killer "probably wanted

26) Volunteered one of the boys was more mutilated than the other. Talked of the water being a demonic type symbolism for a sacrifice and the bodies being submerged gave more power to the Killer.
27) Failed his polygraph.
28) Told police "I'll tell you everything" after hearing the results of his polygraph but that he wanted to talk to mom first. After this, he completely goes quiet and lawyers up.
29. Detectives soon determine that Damien’s alibi completely is fabricated and falls apart.
30. Jessie confessed against the advice of his attorney because “I want something done about it”. States he purposefully made up several details in his first confession because “I was scared” and says “No one ever asked me to put my hand on a Bible before”
31. Jessie stats’s that Damien and Jason are “sick and need to be put away.”
32. Jessie states at his 5th confession, after conviction, “The truth is that me, Damien and Jason done it.”

I was, and still am, very passionate about this case. Ryan Ferguson was another case I delved into and it was like the WM3 all over again with the false confession, lying witnesses (who recanted those lies), no DNA or evidence linking him to the murder of Kent, and people involved in the case furthering their careers on the backs of innocent men. We brought lawnmowers and swings for 50 dollars a seat , 4 in all , when we began work the police ran us off saying drug dealers had taken it over and we were interfering. We also raise Money for St Jude childrens hospital and the Shriners who are not government funded. I urge all Memphians to give to the Shriners Store on Summer avenue next to the D.A.V. store. Forget the Salvation Army and Good wheel who wouldn't help West Memphis after the 87 Tornado and Christmas day flood. However FEMA and the Red Cross did.
The city of Marion Ar. Uses the newest school buses for drunks to be chauffeured from the high school parking lot to the Esperanza Bananza with kids riding with these drunk adults. Then the new school buses are used a special trips only. My nieces who live out side the county had no heat or air-conditioning. The buses broke down often getting them home at dark. So the more I tell you the less you get the picture of these two corrupt city's with W Catt street near the murder scene. I'm just now getting 50 % of the facts of the case. So far have found no indication of footprints or shoeprints at the crime scene that was damp and muddy from fighting these kids. Kind of suspicious to me the police sit 100 feet from the murder scene in the woods hiding for speeding tickets.

Have you ever talked to anyone who has been on death row? I have heard almost everyone who has ever been in prison say the same thing.
And believe it or not most of us had read the police files, and stand by our opinions that the information in those files isn't accurate and the investigation was a farce.

Lorri was quoted saying, " Five years after Damien’s release, we hit rock bottom .We didn’t recognize each other. We were horrible to each other. We were both suicidal at one point. We couldn’t fathom ever finding our way back.”

I feel the presiding judge really put all this into play at the beginning by allowing HBO (Were all in the Home Box, not the jury box, and behind the scenes were in a home office not a jury office, not on the stand, not victims of either circumstances.) In the name of Justice, i feel it wasn't a right decision, but in the name of freedom and a case like this, it was overall beneficial. Beneficial in new findings,, documenting some of the errors in the system, and on the last one i will say this. pendulum ; emotional bias. The locals, the majority dealing with such an offense to life and also an outer picture where there are people who do want to get 8nto the facts and find the Absolute Truth in it.. The atrocities to the children that lost their lives, and also the trauma to The WM3 of this life changing ordeal. The prosecution really didn't have any understanding of a well put together argument thst wasn't filled with presumptuous ideas. For example someone's name being brought up and essentially priming the person on the stand testifying, as well as an expert. The justice system is clearly very different (way more than I perceived before) as to who they allow to testify as experts as well thst were giving fully incorrect and clashing information on his expert of expertise. Unbelievable. I am happy that the justice system moved up a few degrees in what it should stand for. Many that work i. Court dont realize there's a caduceus or other very important motifs on some of these buildings. At times it can be nefarious. To what I have seen, again by only the paradise lost 3 part series, Damien was really thrown on as a center character in multiple ways and at his age and trying to find himself, they used his self research to point towards a ridiculous notion and argument. It really shows how important it is to get a well perspective like a 3 dimensional shape such as a triangle or square and how only one surface is shown when behind that there is more (length width and height, we're not just looking at a canvas).

1) Ex-GF's boyfriend Shane Divilbiss, stated Echols tried to scratch his eyes out.
2) Laura Maxwell, who stated Echols threatened to kill her brother and her

27) Failed his polygraph.
28) Told police "I'll tell you everything" after hearing the results of his polygraph but that he wanted to talk to mom first. After this, he completely goes quiet and lawyers up.
29. Detectives soon determine that Damien’s alibi completely is fabricated and falls apart.
30. Jessie confessed against the advice of his attorney because “I want something done about it”. States he purposefully made up several details in his first confession because “I was scared” and says “No one ever asked me to put my hand on a Bible before”
31. Jessie stats’s that Damien and Jason are “sick and need to be put away.”
32. Jessie states at his 5th confession, after conviction, “The truth is that me, Damien and Jason done it.”

It is interesting that he was in jail for 18 years, numbers are significant in the Bible.
