Raise the feet up a little so the washer isn’t sitting ‘on the floor’. We just did this to my g/f’s son’s set (exact same as mine and the one in the video) and just like mine, it’s washing without ‘walking’.
We need to go back to making washers in the USA. We never had so many problems with washers then. We used them 25 years or more. I have one of these foreign made pieces of 💩 now too. The lid locks once it starts washing and unlike the old American made washers when it got off balance you could lift the lid and the washer woulf stop so you could re-arrange the clothes and start back when you closed the lid, no problem then. But with these foreign made shit piles the lid is locked. The only thing you can do now is unplug the motherf er, then re arrange the clothes. I hit pause and the lid stays locked. Once you unplug it to be able to rearrange the clothes. It wants to start the cycle completely over.
Unscrew the lock from the lid and leave it inserted in the hole. It will trick the washer into thinking it’s still latched. Except it won’t stop the cycle.
I have one and no matter what you do it’s the same this is the worst washer I’ve ever had I talked to GE they tried to help but its just the worst it stops in the middle of a wash , it doesn’t matter how even you put the clothes in it goes all to one side and my washer is balanced right I know off two others who got a General Electric washer that does the same thing I just bought it a year ago and I hate it I have never washed more then three loads with out having to unplug it or it just stopping for no reason or all the clothes going to one side of the machine or trying to wash a blanket is a nightmare if you got a choice don’t go with General Electric get the other brand
Because it’s set to the very lowest level (feet). Raise the feel of the washer from the lowest so it’s off the floor a little. I spoke with GE customer service and didn’t believe it would do anything but it solve both the shaking and stopped twisting my clothes. It’s been GREAT since.
I Bet The Dryer Said :Brother Stop Making Loud Noises I Am Drying The Clothes 😂
You can’t let it escape, it’ll encourage the others to rebel
I bet The dryer’s like: brother stop trying you can’t leave the room

This is American. Foreign brands like LG easily eclipse these POS

Garbage brand. Worst of them all. Avoid at all cost.
