We have struggled for years trying to give good Americans a good job but the truth is, people really don't want to work or put forth the effort to try and advance themselves in our industry. Yet they all think that by watching a few RUclips videos they'll strike rich only to see them 5 years later still doing the same thing, jumping from job to job. Nobility in the workplace has no meaning anymore. People have earned their demise to be replaced with plastic and metal. As sad as it is, I have had my company brought to its knees twice because of poor performing workers. Sign me up for Optimus!! This should scare the crap out of everyone who has a job. But wait, people don't want to work. Have fun!
