I have seen other fan renders of the RX-78's cockpit. But yours is the only one I've seen that has a control stick for the core fighter.
I also discovered this while working on it. The control stick seems to be used when controlling a fighter jet.

설정화를 보면 스틱이 수납되게 되어있습니다. 애니메이션도 보면 코아파이터일때는 스틱으로 조종을 하고 MS는 좌우 조종간으로 조종을 하는 것 같습니다. 애니메이션에서도 사실 자세하게 묘사되어 있지는 않습니다. 조종석이라는게..손이 많이 가는 부분이라서 그런 것 같습니다.
