    Hey! Could you do a video on Brookwood Hills?

    • @AllAboutLivingInAtlanta
      @AllAboutLivingInAtlanta  7 месяцев назад

      Hi! I will work on that for you. Someone else was asking me about that area the other day so I guess it's time to make a video on that one. It won't be posted for a bit, but I'll put it in the queue...expect to see it in probably in a month or so.

    670 for a town home, I don't want to hear another word about how expensive Boston is!

      @AllAboutLivingInAtlanta  7 месяцев назад

      ha! I've got a sister-in-law in Boston and she lives in an OLD townhome about 3 suburbs away and I know what her home is worth. It's insane. Whenever I show a client from Boston a home here, they can't believe the amount of space they get!

      I have noticed that the homes in the south are bigger and new for your dollar. However I also had a new construction home and at least up North, newer is not always better. My 1920 home waaaaay better built than my 2009 townhome@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta

      @@RedzJackz Yes, it will feel newer here compared to the Boston area. But agree - the construction today is not built the same way they did it in the early 1900's. The wood was stronger and not even the big bad wolf could blow it down.

    Awesome video! Can you do a video of Peachtree Park neighborhood soon?

    • @AllAboutLivingInAtlanta
      @AllAboutLivingInAtlanta  7 месяцев назад

      Hey thanks!! Yes, that should be a quicker one to make since its a tiny neighborhood. Cute area - I've sold a home in that neighborhood before.

      @@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta You're welcome! Yeah I've heard it's a very nice community in the Buckhead section of Atlanta near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza and a lot of other great places.

      @@kurtis8284yes, it's a cute little community. Only drawback that some may see is that one edge of the community runs up along the Marta line.
