I just hurt my lower back by using this machine and trying to keep my back straight. The way you are doing it makes sense. I was straining my lower back.
Correct me if m wrong... chest support pad should be adjusted n such a way that v should get s complete stretch when v hold the handles...
Rt?

Yes, this dude doesn't know how to do it either. He must have some high injury risk genetics. Scapula is supposed to be over the pad with the core engaged, and you are supposed to grab them as you're sitting. Doesn't matter if it's neutral or d attachments equipped machine. All he is doing is working the tres major and possible Shoulder impingement. Most people do then wrong all the time.
dude this video is Amazing ,the sitting shows very clearly how to sit....
Glad you liked it!
Thank you
Is this machine functional for real life pulling strength??
Great machines there. Where is this?
No no no no no!
I think you dont need to learn forward with your chest for the back contraction.
Pulling the lever with a little body momentum is ok, as long as you're not using excessive momentum to pull the weight with your body.
This video is wrong. Please lift up your chest, also put hand grip higher on the handle, almost where your thumbs go over the top of the bar and slightly pop chest forward as you pull back into full range of motion and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
