Thanks for the advice. I was not too sure if I was doing this exercise correctly or not. I was doing just what you said was wrong and I suppose thats why I didnt feel much on my back. WIll try it next time.
Chest should not move backwards in this exercise right? Only shoulders? Also, how much should the backrest be adjusted? I keep it as close to the machine as possible
i do the narrow grip in this machine but i only feel trapz but its weird because i need to train the upper back but ive been training with the wide grip (which is for lats not upper back) should i do the wide grip for real upper back training or should i stick to my usual lat focused but only trapz feeling? thats really weird i know @@blob8390
Oho, inca mai postezi, am crezut ca poate nu vei mai posta, prima data te-am descoperit si am urmarit clipuri cand eram la inceput de sala, acum 3-4 ani. Succes!
It's all about changing the angles dude. You can change the angle like you said 2 -3 numbers up or down whatever and still can have a great tehniqhe for that angle. hope it make sense.
Perfect, thanks. Came here after not feeling anything in shoulders or back when doing these - this change has made all the difference!

i do this movement but i dont feel any stimulation in rhomboids and trapezius
The grip with knuckles facing up works upper back more. The grip with knuckles facing to the side focuses more in lats. Try different grips.
Do lighter weight theres no way in hell you shouldnt feel your traps on this machine. Lol
