In-Depth Review
ruclips.net/video/IdRXKvR2tc4/видео.html
First one to use 1800 degrees of rotation when showcasing it, amazing! That's a real trucking video!
hhaha thank you so much that means alot my friend
I'm amazed how hard it was to find that info even from the manufacturers site, before seeing this video I almost thought it's some regular 2.5 turns lock-to-lock wheel with just bigger size, which would be absolutely ridiculous considering how spinning the wheel like hell is essential part of trucking experience
@babar292 i hope i was able to helo
Now that is a proper review, a nice showcase and a gameplay using the actual 1800 degrees of rotation. You gained a sub my guy, thanks for the awesome vid!
Glad i could help
theyll eventually sell functional stalks, its going to be amazing
Could have got that sorted for initial release no? Not to mention for the cost the could have included it already
@ryanlawrence1764 this ain't logitech g25 quality. 300 is a pretty reasonable price imo.
You are the first guy that got this wheel to promote it, that seems to actually play truck simulators at a regular bases ( the other that i watch where clearly out of their dept with the wheel and know little to nothing on what to do, how to set up or use it)
So i'll let a tip here for you if you dont mind me doing.
If you wanna be even more inmerse with this wheel and you have the console enable on ATS; Open the console using ` (to the left of the number 1 on the sequencial numeral keys bellow the Function keys) and then type "r_steering_wheel 0" (without the " " )
To reverse it back to normal type the samething and change the 0 for 1.
Yeh i was feeling the same. Moza competly missed the key audience by giving this wheel to "test" to racing sim drivers. Except for the present company,(I think you did a fair job, considering it not you main game), I have yet to see any of the real regular truck simers, test it. Big opportunity missed by Moza for sure.
@Raven_za dude just for the Record here there was a guy who got this wheel to test, set up on on ets2 and proceeded to drift a Scania on the highway... because that's surely what the sim-truckes want to see... right?
Thanks ill try this
I do agree. I expected the trucking guys to get this also
Omg lol!!!!!
For the wheel, base, pedals and clamp it’s $1,700 AUD.Pretty expensive. And that’s without a shifter as well.
Exactly dont know why companies overprice their products nowadays and the quality is plastic?? Honestly for a trucking game(or other casual driving games like fs22)you dont need an expensive FB wheel. Logitech or thrustmaster budget products are the best and you can change their wheel radius in their respective software apps.
@@C20F please enlighten me on your superior thinking.
@@C20F wouldnt justify the price tho
@@C20Fyou are viewing it from a sim racing perspective and not a truck sim perspective. This set up is on the low/medium price range with excellent force feedback and aimed for realism and immersion and people would happily pay for it or more for higher end products. Truck sim people generally are cheaper or budget minded and don't understand why people would pay for a direct drive wheel base and feel a gear driven logitech or some belt driven bases are "good enough". They don't know if they haven't experienced a dd wheelbase, so they overlook it or pass it off as "too expensive".
@voongnz i could not have said it better
I like that they are planning the little levers for wipers/indicators. That would be so cool.
Man that’s dope 🔥
Thanks for the review Blu Games. Been waiting for this one for a while. Good to see it in use and should go well with my R5 set too. FYI that new truck bottoms out a lot more than other trucks. Need to raise the air suspension to get down roads like that.
This is greet advice thanks so much!
MAN I hope they dont sellout before my next payday !! Drove IRL tractor teailer almost 30 yrs and I like this for ATS AN BUS SIM. OH yeah ! big ole THUMBS up and A SUB 4u Dude
Wait till they are going to be selling the stalks accessory, even more immersion
Waiting for my preferred reseller to have this in stock, can't wait to order this wheel!
I can only speak for European trucks from the past 15 years and no, you´ll not feel any of the things you´d get a DD wheel for in a modern truck.
The driving is simply smooth and easy, you don´t feel anything through the wheel. (in fact that was even the case before 1990). If you want realistic feeling, turn off the FFB and get a buttkicker for some of the harder bumps...
The wheel itself is nice though.
Wow really!!?? Very interesting! Ill have to keep that in mind
You can mount an actual truck steering wheel on the MOZA using a 3rd-party adapter.
I just learned that wow
That is really cool, make me wanna swap over to moza
I want to get one but i will probably wait for them to add the indicator and retarder base to the wheel so it feels complete
Hey blu...man..haven't seen a video from you in months. Keep up the great work.
good stuff, great review!
Thank you so much
@@BluGames keep em' coming, you're engagement with the viewer is so natural and entertaining, for real!
Omg you got it
The core of that wheel is Aluminium according to their site.
Yea thats correct
Wow currently using the TM infrastructure, but honestly seriously considering switching fully to Moza for this wheel, and the additional trucking addons. In the mean time, I’m thinking the wheel and 3rd party adapter is in my very very near future
Add a wheelknob and it will be perfect. 😉
Can't wait for another msfs video ❤
Now I need Fanatec to make one, unless this hooks up the same way and I can use it on my Fanatec wheel base?
Yea u can use it with a fanatec base just need the moza universal mount mod
I think I prefer the HORI Force Feedback Truck Control System for PC its a must see at $600 for the whole setup to be released in DEC 2024 , it looks way more immersive than this model.
...to expensive....I should not buy it.........to expensive....I should not buy it.........to expensive....I should not buy it.........fk.....dear Santa plzzzzzzzzzz
In all seriousness it looks amazing and must really make a difference in the immersion. Having driven a real truck irl, it is night and day compared to a car wheel
Hahah, i just put out a more detailed reviewed if u want more details
That looks cool but next thing moza needs to make is SKRS
Whats that
@@BluGames skrs shifter for trucks
Which moza wheel base are u using?
Hey @BluGames where does the truck and Logistics simulator game take place? USA 🇺🇸 or Europe
I think its europe. But it might be a fictional place
Base R5 is not too weak for a steering wheel of this size?
Its just strong enough
Well, it looks like I just found my new ATS wheel :D Do you know if I can use it with my G29's pedals and shifter?
As long as they have their own usb connection to your pc its fine

how much pay this steer wheel
Would this be compatible with Logitech PRO base? With the moza hub ?
If you were to find an adapter goingn from the Logitech base to a generic D1 quick release, then yeha, it would work
@@Sithhy do you know if anyone makes those adapters?
i love the wheel but the cost before it is a massive put off a moza set up for trucking is really expensive when the logitec wheels work great for trucking this just isnt in my price range maybe one day
Fair enough!
It's more aimed at people already having a direct drive sim rig, if you need to order a base as well yes that's a big investment.
Man, I wish Fanatec made a truck wheel like this 😢
do you have a fanetec set up
I do. My entire setup is Fanatec. I've since learned that I should be able to mix Moza components in my PC rig.@@stevelamb9453
So, I dont know if you can adjust the firmness of the steering, but the speed your turning the wheel doesnt really match most of the weight of the steering in real life. I played a lot of truck sim and I drive trucks irl, you need a good 5-10 lbs just to start to turn the wheel, but once it goes, it goes.
Good point. And yes you can. You can turn up the force feedback for a stonger stiffer wheel. The r5 that i use in this video only has 5nm of max force. But moza also makes the r9, and 12 which have much stronger wheel bases
And still the blinkers are just buttons... Not that thing behind the wheel idk its name in english
How in the heck you get this? It's not even open for pre-order yet.
It is open for pre-order. Ships early March.
when is your next live stream blu...
He streaming rn
Main problem is the angle. A lorry wheel is much flatter.
theres a clamp coming to remedy that
With the clamp u can angle how ever u like
With that mill you need at least 48 inches monitor
Yea recommended
Looks amazing, but 1200 for a set is bit too much
Whoa...$1200?
1200? You can get a full set with beginner pedals for around 800
@@D_in_DCwheel $300, base $350-$450 + $160-$250 for pedals so can he done for around $800 or even lower if you find a secondhand base and pedals
Wheel 300
clamp for table 50
base 300

Does this fit g29?
No
It looks good, but why is it perpendicular? That's not very realistic :)
This was the best i could do with my setup for the video. But im looking to make some more adjustments. You can angle this wheel as far as you want
Remind me to never let this guy drive one of my trucks....nice wheel though.
Ahhhh u can trust me! Lol
Looks like good wheel but yeah that wheel would be over $1600 Canadian for that. Almost same price me trying find 3090 to replace my old 1080ti. Which makes NO sense. Anything more $600 for wheel is too much. I still see ppl online selling g29 wheel for $500. Logitech g29/920 is what 7+ yrs old and stores/online still selling way above its price. This new wheel is scam imo. Not worth $1000+ or more.
So yeah there no sense for $1600 wheel/pedals going for that price. I don’t even see flappy paddles. While I hated using paddle till I got TH8a shifter. I do use now for trailer brakes. $500 would be too much for this wheel imo. Ive got g29 wheel and I love it. Only issue it’s bit noisy. That my own complaint. It’s been great for ATS/ETS.
Aqui no Brasil custa mais de um salário 😢😢😢 $299 convertido para o real 1480 reais
Sheesh.
@@BluGames pois é kkkkkk o salário aqui é 1.412,00 e o volante saí por 1.480,00
TOO EXPENSIVE AND NEED TO PAY THE BASE SO 500 DOLLARS ITS CRAZY
The angle is weird. Get the real clamp.
100% need this wheel setup in my gaming room!! Currently using Logitech G29, this would qdd to realism so much!!
Moza fancy hooking me up? @moza
