  • Welcome to this 25 min full body stretching routine that is perfect after climbing, before bedtime or whenever you'd like to take it slow and stretch 🥰
    This class has no standing postures, we do all the movements on the ground in a seated position, laying on the back and on all four.
    We start the practice with spine flexion and extension, gentle neck stretches, followed by puppy pose, spine twist as well as various stretches for hamstrings, hips and thighs.
    Hope you enjoy this nourishing routine!

    I actually just did it as a morning routine... it works well as a wake-up too :-). Fave climbing sector in Kaly: Helvetica Balcony 🤩
