Smoke Em' Out Struggle is my favorite mod too, cause (like vs. Hex) it shows that you dont need difficult patterns and 175 BPM songs to make a good soundtrack, sometimes some good vibes and a good character is all you need. Rest in Funk, Garcello. Hope you enjoy your meal at Ghost McDonalds.
IMO, I like the faster songs cause of the challenge and how they are more capable of fitting into my playstyle, like genocides fun gimmicks, or 6k play, but whatever fits you and you are 100% right on that you don’t need to have a fast bpm to make a good song.

You most likely already know this, but in the vanilla engine version of Smoke Em Out Struggle, it just goes back to the menu after Release in silence, and I love that so much, I wish this Kade Engine version kept that
And the long sustain in song 2 doesn't mess up. And Tight Bars Little Man in song 3 has a full lip sync animation and doesn't go back to default bounce. Also song 2 he shouldn't start bouncing untill after his first cough

My favourite thing about 'Release' from smoke em out is that a lot less of it is call-and-response. Like, there's still parts where you take it in turns, but a big majority of it is just you two singing *together*. It's not a rap battle because he's not *battling* you for nothin, just a dude who passed away trying to enjoy his last moments of existence with you. And he seems pretty happy in 'Faded', so you do a pretty good job of that. :)

might be a custom build or something, because some other issues from the original mod are gone.

I think it might have something to do with the kade engine being a newer version, so it might have changed how the animation plays.
