    Hi Jon, enjoyed the vid. I purchased a DRO from DRO pros. Reasonably priced and has lots of functions. What a time saver!

      I bet, we'll see how it goes with this lathe. The main pain is the speed control, I only have 6 speeds which are really hard to adjust (lots of belts and pulleys) - the feed is awful as well, way to fast for finishing cuts. I was going to see what happens this year and see if its worth keeping or replacing. I want a nice freestanding old Colchester I can invest into.
