Because competition and combat are not the same thing. Most of the tricked out mods one would put in a 3 Gun weapon are specifically labeled as not appropriate for tactical or combat use.

so if the army knows that the M9, M4, M14, and 887 are not good enough for competition why do we get issued that crap? our weapons we used in 10th group were 10 times better than the "average joe's" weapons... LRS, Ranger, and all high speed units should get these weapons and some of that training. just a thought.
