PINEAPPLE CUPCAKES
• 2 Egg beat with beater
• Add Sugar 100 grams (or 1/2 Cup) Granulated Sugar
• Add Melted Butter 60 gram or / 85 mL
• Add Vanilla Essence 1 Teaspoon
• Add Maida 125 grams
• Add Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
• Add Baking Soda 1/4 Teaspoon (or 1 Pinch)
• Pineapple Slices Cut From Side Pieces Remove Middle Part of Pineapple( Not To Use )
• Hand Blender Chopped Pineapple Crushed (Not to Make Find Paste)
• Add Pineapple lnto Batter And Mix well
• Oil Brush Cupcakes And Baked in Oven For 180 degree For 25 to 30 Minutes
• Garnish With Granulated Sugar
• Delicious Soft And Pineapple Crunch bite
