I ordered some of these from Candylabs and they are delicious. I can't stop eating them. They dissolve easily in your mouth so when you crunch on them, you don't feel as if you are damaging your teeth like with most hard candies.

When he said malic acid my mouth watered! they worked together very well and efficiently. It is hard work as the candy gets harder as it cools down. It is clever how they get the circumference exactly right to join up without a gap or an overlap. Strange that they do not use a rolling pin at any stage. Well done, Candylabs! Wow!
