I'm beginning to think this concept is doomed. They're just getting around to releasing a dual band dmr 4g phone and mobile phone systems are already transitioning to 5g. Maybe it would be better to just skip the phone part and link via wi-fi to the smart phone or other internet port to utilize the Rfinder repeater database etc.
