Per inzuppare si puo usare i vecchi contenitori di plastica che una volta si usava per inumidire la biancheria hanno i buchi nel coperchio e l inzuppatura viene piu uniforme

Decided to make this even though I never got an answer to my questions. For those here in the US I've got some info that may help you. 1st. I didn't have the 00 flour. After Googling it said the best replacement for it would be cake/pastry flour. I used cake flour. 2nd. The recipe doesn't state what size eggs to use (not in the description box or the text on the screen). I used large ones. 3rd. I didn't have the size pan used. The largest tart pan I have is a 10in. with a removable bottom. I used that. I did put all of the batter in it and it did bake through but the sponge didn't have that concaved middle like in the video. If you're okay with that put it all in. I did have to bake it for an additional 5-6 mins though. 4th. As for the temperature/oven setting. I bake using conventional setting. The temp translates to 356°F. 5th. The sponge doesn't have any salt or flavoring. I decided to add some flavoring. I use a tsp of liquid vanilla but I also used 2 tsps of powder vanilla. After tasting it I'm glad I did. 6th. When making the pastry cream it really isn't necessary to boil the milk with some of the peel. I've made lemon pasta cream that way before but I didn't like what it does to the milk. No matter how careful you are when removing the pith it still effects the milk by leaving a film behind. I just got my milk to just below a boil then I tempered it into the egg/sugar/ corn starch mixture. 7th. Instead of doing a lemon simple syrup I made mine vanilla. Because of the added lemon essence to the pastry cream the lemon flavor is there. I used a lemon oil from Lor Ann which you can find at Walmart or Michael's. 8th. If you have one weigh your ingredients and make sure the eggs and milk for the sponge are at room temp. I'm sorry this is so long. I just wanted to make sure to give all of the info you'll need in order to be successful. If you have any questions feel free to ask. If I can answer them I will. Now after all of that happy baking... 😋

Oggi ho fatto il tuo dolce ho assaggiato la crema molto buona.volrvo sapere se poi viene mantenuta in frigo.non avevo la panna ho messo un po di granella di nocciole.grazie poi ti faccio sapere.

I really like that this is a soft, cake like tart. I bake using conventional settings. I can Google the change between C° to F° but I'm not sure how long I should bake the "sponge" for using that setting. Can you please give me some advice? Also, I don't have OO flour but I do have cake flour and AP. Which one would you suggest I use? As for the seed oil, again. I don't have one. Can I use vegetable oil instead? Sorry for all the questions but I'd really like to make this. I have a tub of blueberries that would go great with the lemon flavor 😋 Please respond as soon as possible. Thanks...
