Great kick, bass, synth that can do all kinds of sounds including lead, fx, etc… for a great price. Tons of fun.
I recommend using a tuner when creating 808s and deep sounds, or even leads. Some of the sounds may subjectively sound better in a deeper key, but keeping the sounds in C3/C2? allows the producer to make that call, and keeps everything flush.

I'm glad you have run with the moo habit I bequeathed to you some years ago, in my early comments. I feel like a proud moodaddy. Decades of public and private mooing has led to my having moocolytes in many fields of endeavor. Finding mooing in moosic videos satisfies me in a semirational, caprine kind of way.
All this love aside, I have a substantial complaint about THUMP, or, as the Irish might say, TUMP, ONE. The bottom row of knobs provides, unlike the other knobs, no visible MIDI (or any) values for convenient, unfiddly access to desired results, which is kind of the killer feature of computers in general. Why? Whatever the reason, I want that to change.
Otherwise, aside from some hidden, needlessly obscured functions and the hypersensitivity of some of the functions to envelope amplitude, I have been pretty happy with this little thing. Realizing the down-arrow heads hid envelope functions was a big step toward accepting the new toy in the box.

Great video Jakob. Hope the improvement items you mentioned get added soon reference redo undo and smoothing to remove clicks. Would love to see you push out a IAP preset pack for this the ones you demo are very good.

Just a suggestion- how about a quick look at the exposable midi controls in AUM?
Every parameter in the synth is exposed in the AUv3 MIDI parameter tree. It’s almost rare to find an AUv3 plugin that doesn’t do this nowadays. 👍
Hi Jacob really entertaining and useful as always! Do you think David would consider adding a live performance feature where you can live record your movements of the nodes on the envelope - used to be a feature of the modulation in SynthMaster player and it was so good …

Yeah he added three things into the synth that will come out with the next update. The smoothing knob, undo/redo and the changed copy/paste/clear pattern menu.

How do you open multiple windows like you do?
I’m using AUM - Audio mixer, apps open up in windows in that one.

I need to stop watching this channel. I’m spending money. Seriously Jakob, thank you for bringing this app to your review. Just got through playing with this and WOW it does all the HardCore EDM sounds I have been trying to create or that I have sampled from artists like DJ Anime, Anger Fist, and Stereotype. With all the apps I have such as Factory, I’m sure I could create all of this however, Thump One get’s it all done in one shot.
The only thing that itches me it’s that click sound you can hear at 1:02

Contact the dev, let them know you want it for iPhone! The interface of this one doesn’t look like it would be too hard to “port” to iPhone.
