This is expectations but reality he got high as a kite on extract (Warning:side effect using extracts may cause hallucinations,hot flush,diarrhoea,itching of the body and 1 minute of consecutive happiness).
It's pretty sad and pathetic that there probably won't be another game in the series because of a stupid greedy disagreement over PC. Going to ruin it for people that really enjoyed this series all for freaking greed.
I know this is late but there are only 5 in game but they're permanent, the Chinese medicine store, yi xing tang I think is the name, has one for 100k, casino has one, onodera has one, and the office gauntlet rewards you one
