Only if you consider the laughs from the original show... the dub's version of Marik has a far more sinister and hysterical laugh compared to the Japanese performance. Bakura's Japanese voice as well comes across as mischievous and childish/girlish while Ted Lewis provides the character with much-needed gravitas and sophistication in how the voice sounds.
