    I'm not a huge sports fan but even I know some names that weren't mentioned:
    Usain Bolt - fastest man EVER
    Michael Phelps - athlete with the most olympic gold medals EVER
    Floyd Mayweather - NEVER lost a fight professional boxing
    Valentino Rossi - widely considered one of the best riders EVER
    Lewis Hamilton & Michael Schumacher - some of the most dominant f1 drivers of all time!
    Mike Tyson - yeah sure he lost a few but most boxers agree that in his prime he was unbeatable

      @@yuribatista7268 every champion had the drive to win, but Jordan had a toxic obsession with it. Becoming a champion in races took only a few runs. In boxing, just One fight. In bball, it takes months. Ali and Bolt are no where close as competitive as Jordan was.

Goalie Ken Dryden, defensemen Larry Robinson, Serge Savard and Guy Lapointe and forwards Guy Lafleur, Yvan Cournoyer, Jacques Lemaire, Steve Shutt and Bob Gainey. I'd say LaFleur was the big name superstar... in the 70's, 2 Harts (MVP), 3 Art Ross's (scoring), 5 stanley's, 1 conn smyth. Not too bad...

    Messi should obviously win the 2010,s and Usain Bolt should have a honorable mention when he ran a anchor leg in 8.65 sec in 2015, he also won six Olympic medals in that decade.
    Ronaldo should be close second to Messi and LeBron James third.

Brady has the amount of championships but it’s a lot harder to win a championship in the nfl than it is in the nba and Brady is 3-2 in the super bowl while lebron is 3-5 during the decade.

    Good list. It needs some tinkering. These lists are usually loaded with American athletes. They always consist of at least three or four NFL, MLB, and NBA stars for every hockey star (usually from Canada or another non-American country) How about Orr? Super Mario (Lemieux)?
