I think this is why The second book (Chamber or secrets) is my favorite...we get spiders, a basilisk and phoenix and introduced to the magick sword of Gryffindor.
My love of HP is for the creatures and the artefacts xD

What I have wondered over the years is why Rowling has not had any stories about vampires in the Wizarding world. Yes. They are mentioned briefly. But we don’t really get to meet and get to know vampires.
