- Google’s longtime chairman and CEO Eric Schmidt was responsible for building the company’s external partnerships and broader business relationships. He joined Mandalay Entertainment founder and CEO Peter Guber, who co-teaches UCLA Anderson’s annual Leaders on Leadership course, to discuss leading through an iterative process rather than by absolute hierarchy.
truly sounds simpler than it is. I Wonder wether these principles can be applied on other businesses to create revolutionary change. especially those not related to technology.
