I have tourettes and I ended up having a tic attack, and normally when i have those i isolate myself and listen to music full volume. This was the first song i clicked on and I'm not even done listening and in love. Truly therapeutic :)
Ayyy! I also have Tourette’s and deal with tic attacks the same way, crane wives and the amazing devil both are amazing due to the lyricism and creativity/imagination :D

Honestly, just because of the fact that I tend to sing a lot of choral pieces and have studied traditional music theory, I tend to prefer a more classical vocal tone. Hers is so unique and so far from that, yet I’m in love with it. It’s mesmerizing and so incredibly unique. I’m obsessed with this song and her voice. Anyone have the chords?

Followed The Crane Wives from day one, the fall of 2010. I've loved all their music and the passion they put into their performances. This song, "High Horse" has fast become one of my favorites. Great band, wonderful people. Good luck with Tiny Desk!

I really can't believe how good they've become. I loved the first 3 albums, but it's been a really busy couple years for me, including some long stints unplugged from any media, so I just recently got around to listening to foxlore and the new singles, and my god what a sound. It seems that your music has finally caught up with your lyrics
