Interesting question! Can be a whole video/ discussion! In short, there are def pros and cons, I am neutral about unions, but *in my opinion* pros are not having to pay dues every month, waiting years for contract negotiations, cons are the work rules can be grey and subjective which as you can imagine can lead to more potential cons.

Hey jay! Yeah I really like the a220s, the aisles are a bit roomier, less passengers, 3 crew, flies smooth, what more could a girl want!?
