- In January I got the chance to fly on a classic fifth freedom flight: Cathay Pacific First Class from New York. Unfortunately, this route is no longer operated, but it used to give people like myself a good idea of what flying First Class with Cathay Pacific is, but then on a shorter flight. In the video, we're also taking a look at the TWA Hotel and American Airlines Flagship First dining!

I'm bummed that I haven't flown on Cathay Pacific from JFK to Vancouver... They stopped it last month and I am happy that you got to experience it before. Great video Robin!

It's very unfortunate that CX discontinued the fifth freedom flight after so many years, and it'll be much more expensive to try out this product now!
