JJ Reddick is really good at asking these questions.

Matt Barnes has potential to be REALLY good but he still needs to learn to be more specific in his questions. Instead of asking something vague like "yo, you remember those Kobe & Shaq years? Talk about that", ask Jeannie about specific things that happened during that era. It shows you did your research and reduces the waffling by the guest. JJ Reddick is really good at asking these questions.
