I guess this explains the prices of Commodore gear these days, and probably other similar-aged stuff.

Cool. I don’t have a date for it yet, but will share on the channel when I can.

To be honest. I am soooo happy I dont need to deal with the old shit stuff anymore. I dont know who conciders "Retro" in any way interesting. Like special electronics equipment from the old days is cool and interesting, but not computers.
I am so happy I dont need to deal with diskettes anymore. Or old, slow and noisy HDs.
There is nothing interesting about old computers at all. The only retro computers that I might concider interesting are the ones you couldnt afford back then and cannot afford now. Some specialized super computers or computers that were designed to do very specific tasks. They are interesting and cool. But the typical personal computers normal people could afford, are boring and useless.
People always talk about retro but nobody in their right mind uses them in any really useful way. It is just all talk and nothing else. Its just an collectors item and nothing more than that.

You do you. I think the same about old cars, but I heard some people like them.

@@mnemo70 Why did you have to bring up cars? Worst comparison ever. Old cars can look amazing and still drive like modern cars and make even more fun to drive.
Old computers are absolutely useless, especially if you want to use them even remotely with any modern software.
Old computers is pure nostalgia, nothing more. I dont mind if someone has nostalgia about his childhood. I dont have that when it comes to computers at all.

@@Stinktierchen Looks like I picked the perfect analogy, since old cars are absolutely useless and nostalgic. ;-)
