- Hey guys! We are back travelling Australia in our Roadstar caravan! We get a visit from Bryce's parents, check out a few spots in Perth and go for a tour into the Fremantle Jail.
On our way north we go to Linga Longa Station and stop off at the famous Pink Lake at Port Gregory.

Another very informative vid guys, glad you had a good time with your parents Bryce. I hope they did not hear Chelsea when you put that cat o nine tails whip to use😂😂😂. Your not the only ones not catching fish everywhere we have been we have not caught any and neither have people I have spoken to. I think the fish are being taught in their school to tell the difference between a real feed and us with our hooks and bait😂😂😂

I'm glad we aren't the only ones not catching fish, it's a shame but soon we will get onto some big ones 👍
We are about to start our venture and will not be booking more than a week in advance so there is no pressure on time we spend or take at a location..
our neighbours doing a lap in 10 months and said they saw everything in NSW in 6 weeks - cannot imagine what they missed between Brisbane and the tweed let alone the rest of the state… each to their own I guess!😊
Yes booking things is so annoying and can be very stressful (personally). It’s so nice to just wing it 🥰👍🏽

I went to the jail in ‘07, and back then the tour guide was a warden from the last years of it running. I also got there late so scored the final tour of the day, just me and him. Can’t remember his name now, but thanks to him, was an amazing experience!
That would have been super interesting hearing it from someone who actually worked in the prison! You're lucky!

Good to see you guys back on the road....We used to holiday over Easter break every year at Port Gregory some 25 years ago, and there was no bloody fish in the bay back then. Best fishing was at the mouth of the Hutt river.......enjoy your journey north..

Great video guys,we are at Carnarvon heading south. It's crazy booked out heading north especially Exmouth and Broome you will be shocked 🍻
Everytime we call and book somewhere everywhere is crazy! Good for all the businesses and creates a good feel sometimes when it's busy 👍

Jails can be so eerie, we went to Port Arthur 8 mths after that terrible incident. That was the most hair standing on ends, spine chilling place.
The station was interesting.
Chicken was perfect Bryce, can't beat cooking on the fire.

It’s rained the whole time in Perth while you’ve been away… glad you had no issues though (fellow older van owner here)
So glad we resealed the windows or we would have come back to leaks everywhere then! They don't make them like the older vans anymore 👍
I met the man that started the riots in the 1990”s. I visited him for 8 months his in for life. I asked him why he started the fires and Riots. He told me he was in for life and the living conditions were so primitive and he had nothing to loose.
The man I’m talking about wears a little cross around his neck and he told me that cross is the reason he can get by In prison for life.
At the time I met him he was 51 he has been in Prison 31 years

Another great video guys, you probably don’t remember but we met you at Southend just after I hit the gate on the way in with the caravan, anyway we were staying at lucky bay and left as they were closing the campground and yes the road out was covered in water, at Geraldton now so would of passed on the road somewhere, enjoy your travels guy we certainly are 👍👍👍

Hey Rick,
I have the water near boiling before putting the egg in, then turn the heat right down and poach slowly for about 4 mins.
I find if the water is boiling crazy the egg will fall apart a bit. So just have it gently cooking. 👍🏽👍🏽

Love following your adventures. We are caravanners as well and have just come back from two weeks in Onslow. We stayed at Ocean view caravan park in town. Awesome sites. The Onslow Beach resort is great for coffee and meals.

How was the grill like after you cooked on it, does the chicken stick and what brand is that one thanks
Surprisingly clean, once you leave it over the hot coals for a while it all crisps up and brushes off 👍

WA is the only state I’ve never been it will be somewhere I’d love to go. Is it harder to get stop overs there I hear conflicting things
WA is a awesome state! Can be hard in places and other times super easy, just depends on the regions. But lots of lower cost options around too

No toilet in the car just the caravan 👍 if we're in the car it's find a toilet or pop a squat 😂 thanks for watching
