Haunted Hyundai...Part 3 (Easter Special)

Now that we have the oxygen sensors replaced and the fuel trims under control, lets get the scope out again and do a detailed analysis of the cam timing to see how far off B2 Intake camshaft is to set the pesky P0018 code.
Luckily, Hyundai provides a known-good cam-crank correlation on service information :)
Can we determine EXACTLY what the issue is using a scope to give the customer a detailed estimate on the BIG repair job?
