Decent design. Look at the one (now 2) by silentwisperer. It is costly in raw materials, but it is HIGHLY effective. Hey this farm is really good but the mobs spawned are not falling down to the kill chamber is there any way to fix this?
Edit:- nvm I messed up the water
I want to put mine at the middle of the sea and probably in the sky too i just want to know how high should i get to start building?
It will be the same amount
to prevent spiders from spawning I used my method, just placing trapdoors with 2 gaps beetwen each other, Idk why every youtuber says it has to be a gap that looks like letter "L" mine works perfectly too
Wow man I did everything I can for this video you're truly a really good man Tysm
Is there anything else we could use instead of vines? They are pretty hard to find
Unfortunately not sorry
@@CubixCreations I was able to make the farm, its pretty awesome but it seems to work way better during daytime than night time for some reason, thanks a lot for the tutorial!
No problem!
I maxed out my farm and OML its op af.
Edit: btw it gives 17 levels per minute with ur render distance chunks at 2
Damnnn
@@CubixCreations dude i swear ur mob farm is op a creeper blew up the bottom when i was adding a storage room and MOBS WERE SPAWNING LIKE CRAZY it was so hard to fix the farm because the mobs were spawning extremely fast but i ended up blocking off the tunnel and fixed it thats how u know ur farm is one of the best
I didn't know it was that good 😅
@@CubixCreations lol
I built the same farm on java edition and followed most of these but it barely works. if im lucky i get maybe one mob within 8 minutes. the height of the area where you stand is at y128 im wondering if thats right? i didn't use a flat world so i think thats correct. also i built it above water so i really dont know whats going on.
I was planning to add three more farms like that in one big farm, what did you think?
Won't work sorry, as the mob cap will be taken up
Thanks for this great video! This works amazing, I just have a problem: creepers explote to me often, do you know how to fix this?
Have you put trapdoors like I did in part 1? And make sure you don't crouch!
@@CubixCreations I did, anyway I am going to take a second look the the 1st part to make sure :(
@@CubixCreations I found out my mistake! I didn’t put the blocks down the trapdoors 🤦♀️🤦♀️ And make sure not to use shift, creepers will explote
Lol
How many blocks high should it be started?
128 blocks up from any ground area
Is it ok to use ladders instead of vines?
Nope
I built one of JC's mob spawners and it works similarly but this one is great for early game thanks
👍
Wasted a bunch of time building this farm and you're telling me it doesnt work without vines? I'm playing skyblock and can't even get those and now I gotta tear it down.
Does this work on multiplayer realms? (Java)
Note: Using netherrack is better than cobblestone and wood
