Attack speed per second can not be faster than 30 ticks per second because of the action limit you can take that is decided by the GGG as a rule. So going over 30 is a waste.

Hey! The shroud of the lightless abyss jewels are listed in POB in the gear section under the shroud (3 rare abyss jewels). In the pobb.in link, the shroud jewels are found as the first jewels listed. Once you find the corrupted blood immunity jewel, you’ve found them.
