Fleet-footed - Every Decree collected increases movement speed by 10%. (Fair enough xD ) Kexat’s Pounce - Jump higher. Gain +60%/120%/180% damage while airborne. Effect wears off 2s after landing. Killer's Confidence - On melee kill, gain 40/80/120 Overguard. Overguard boost doubles for Warframes. Lodun's Rage - Deal 10/20/30/40/50 Heat Damage per second to nearby enemies with 15% Status Chance. Enemies struck suffer +50% Heat Damage for 3 seconds. Luscinia's Suffering - Nearby enemies are affected by Cold Status, slowing them. Nourishing Terror - Inflicting a Status Effect restores 20/40/60/80/100 Health. Yeah, even without the rejected decrees, some of the rest are OP. I love the combination of Grim Armory and Storm Caller for shooting without reloading xD
Congrats on getting a glyph!! by the way, I tried playing Koumei for the past 2 weeks, and I suggest a build more focused on getting duration and range with a healthy amount of strength as long as you have a good energy economy. In this case, both archon stretch and continuity are best here, so we can say that her 4th is subsumable since 1st is the most eco friendly and already broken as long as you have range. my mod set i found most effective so far: - Archon Cont. - Archon Stretch - Overextend - Blind Rage - Constitution - Augur Reach - Streamline - Rolling Guard Aura: Anything works. (Combat Discipline was synergy with Equilibrium) Helminth: Sickening pulse (not the best) / Chyrinka pillar (DEF) / Wyrd Scythes (ATK) / Thermal Sunder (DEF) are all good here. (use Equilibrium instead of rolling when needed) Companion: anything that has grouping + AOE status (Went with Cryotra for cold) Arcanes: Ice storm was go-to, blessing or Molt Aug, Melee Influence/Exposure/Animosity, Secondary Shiver/Outburst/Cascadia Empowered, Primary (matters not). Just a small tip for intensify, if you use archon intensify it has synergy with her 3rd ability since you'll be healing from in and you'll get some extra ability strength

Number 4 (at least in china, can't remember with Japan) is considered as bad luck/number as it shaped like "death" in Chinese letter. There's no 4th floor in China
I got her on my circuit last night. If you complete her decree challenge, you can pick any decree from 3 choices (can reroll if you unlocked it) just like how normal decrees work in Duviri. Definitely makes you scale much faster in circuit!
@@BuGBurnout I've already played her in Circuit. She's nuts. Because in Duviri and Circuit, her ability decrees aren't random. They're another set of 3 to choose from.

decrees missing : All spiteful, (red ones like -50% weapon damage but add 600% power str) Baneful harmony (cold/ toxin to viral), Bountiful Harvest (double drops), Close Contagion (foes have 50% chance to spread them), Evasive tremors (rolling does damage), Fleet-footed (movement speed for each decree), Killer's confidence (melee kill for overguard), Lodun's rage (Fire to near by enemies), Luscinia's Suffering (Ice to bear by enemies), Nourishing Terror (Status effects restore health), Paragim's wisdom (3 extra decree rolls), Persistent Attrition (10% more vulnerable to damage per shot), Royal Wrath (each melee hit grants cumulative crit chance), Scornful cast (casting skills does corrosive damage), Serpent's path (while sliding do toxin damage), Toxic Approach (leave clouds of toxin) Tumbling Frost (drop frost explosions when you roll) there is an extra one that doesn't show up so not sure what it is, "Sythel’s Outburst" (included for Koumei but not in Duviri ) Edited for formatting
The strong part about lavos is that he can give gas damage. Gas scales off of gas mods and lavos is the only source of gas damage. Toxin, heat mods do not increase gas damahe

I found Strength to be really nice on her. Omamori scales with strength and can heal shields and grant over shields, so nice there, but the real star is Banraku. The damage it deals scales with strength, and as such the DoT damage of status effects it influcts scales with strength. You have have a high likelyhood of applying at least one, if not multiple DoT on one cast. It gets even better when you factor in Roar double dipping on DoTs. My Koumei sits on 314% strength (404% with Precision Intensify) and combining Roar with Banraku, her 4 can chunk the health off of level 300+ steel path enemies even without a lucky roll.
This is why RUclipsrs suck, they just pump videos out without knowing the full kit, just play the fucking game and then pump a video out once you understand everything
Too bad her 4 stops damage from teammates Warframes when there suspended even things like vaubans fletchettes any cc don’t work so it’s almost counter productive with a team since 4 people can do more damage then 1 person can and in the end her damage is capped something like flechettes isn’t
Statistically, I think I figured out where she kind of is at the start of the mission. She’s averaged by the end of the mission. She’s kind of stronger than Octavia but not really because no infinite damage and she’s required to be active
Octavia is way stronger. She has invisibility and free damage that literally does not require mods to keep up with steel path. This isn't to say that Koumei is bad, but scaling damage and invisibility AND a lingering source of CC via threat levels (the resonator/orb/wheel) is just insanely good.
I'm not really sure what the point of running umbral intensify is. It's not mentioned in the build itself, just shown on-screen, and she really doesn't have any notable strength scalings. The damage of her 1 and 4 are afterthoughts compared to their status procs, and the heal return on her 3 doesn't really matter because most things will one-shot her once you start getting into steel path and above, and even if you tank into negative strength, she'll fully heal off of any amount of damage past base steel path because of just how much damage is technically incoming. Kind of feels like a wasted umbra forma and mod slot for a frame that could use something else to even a marginal benefit
I know I am going to get hate for this but I would replace her 2 with any armor strip ability for quick missions and for endurance just keep her base kit with mid Str/Rng/Dur with Arcane Aegis and Avenger with one Tauforged Amber Shard for Casting Speed.
I tried Sickening Pulse helminth with 4 green archon shards and yellow. She is way too fun to play with. I personally don't care for her 2nd ability, but she's great with and without it.
Literally, it's so annoying this guy probably said the same about caliban at launch 😂 this is an epitaph frame at best. The 100th weapon buffer frame. I'll just use epitaph

It s bcs past lvl 200 enemies u ll die to anything touches you, bcs her skill 3 is not isefull at all at protecting you, allso her triple 6 roll is inconsistent, will take a whole while to get it, allso while u spam.skill 1 like a retard, other frames (nova rn) deals 10x the dmg in a few seconds with just 1 skill ,allso btw this nova has 97% DR.... Just wanted to remind you to pay no attention to negativity, you are pretty much the foundation to most peoples end game warframe knowledge and they dont understand that, most likely being low stages in the game, keep posting this style, deep dives into each warframe, personally even if i know it already i wanna see your input and the things you bring to attention, more of these please, good job 👏👏
Without decrees, she is weak and too much reliant at chance, and the dice chance is like 3% to proc subsume the healing (considering she has hard CC skills + statuses, she don't need healing) with sickening pulse or expedite suffering and add green archon shards for full armor strip
Quality was fine, I wouldn't even have thought about it if you didn't have a pinned comment pointing it out. A little confused, though. You verbally say that range is pretty much all that matters on her, & that strength is pretty much pointless, but then the build you show doesn't use overextended, & includes 2 strength mods. I get that this is just a preliminary build, & I appreciate your explanation of her kit, but that's kinda a massive inconsistency between the audio & visual
her passive is jsut cucumber her 1 has spaces between where enemys cant take hits and they dont hit even if the enemy is standing in the line its like natauk shot only hits once per enemy sort of but u get the idea her 2 yeah u get decress but sometimes the challenges can jsut suck wall latch but theres little to wall latch onto esspecially in team where most frames kill before you even TOUCH them and wall latch plus some of the decrees are not useful and can even sometimes ruin your build the cooldown for me is honestly too long fun fact n duviri her 2 doesnt give you a random decree it just gives you a decree like normal in duviri her 3 honestly i feel like its fine but the chance should scale past 50% but not higher then lets say 75% her 4 her 1 but bigger like many other frames also did you say SAY DOUGH

Ehhhh not missing much. Nova change and caliban changes were the only good part. Can't say the same about the warframe. And I guess the companion changes depending on how u look at it. I'm personally will not touch hunting animals to get new mods. Not worth it to me
Koumei is alright for newer players clearing star chart but for anything else she is massively underperforming. I started out as the biggest koumei simp myself but after a day playing with her i can safely say she is easily one of the worst frames compared to the rest. Her design is so sick and the idea is great too but the execution hits like a old moldy sponge where if u hit a tripple six its only an old sponge without the mold but that for only one ability (which you cant even choose yourselves) Really hoping for a quick buff or a slight mini rework (cause she really needs help) You can make it work with sickening pulse but even an effing companion can prime better than her.... and no, i am not hating because i want to hate, i just stopped huffing the koumei copium and see the frame as what it is, a cosmetic frame with a great idea but everything else is massively underperforming ...
Will your passive roll for random status effects on a secondary if you do not have a secondary equipped? If so, could we just equip a primary/secondary/melee and have the effect on all the time?
Do you know what happens when she equips only one weapon? Does it always put her passive onto that weapon or does it have a 2/3 chance to not do anything?
Koumei is a test of how well you understand Warframe and if you're a Meta slave or not. She is an ungodly monster if you just know how to play her. But she doesn't instantly nuke the entire map, while being immortal, while gaining infinite energy with minimal effort. So most Meta Slaves will never play her over something like a Revenant. The whole "why use X frame when Y frame is so utterly broken" argument is not at all an argument for Warframe. So if you think she's a horrible frame you're either shit at Warframe or a Meta Slave. Not liking her kit is valid but doesn't make her a bad frame.

@@jakecard981 I prefer mallet personally, simple cheap, effective even with low strength, has none of the downsides of peacemaker which has more damage upfront especially at the beginning of a cast but the investment to make it good or par with benefits of mallet at high levels of content is much higher
Her 1 only does 1 status and enemies have to walk into it for it to proc, when pets can do the same. You can't place multiples. Also doesn't synergise with her 4 Her 2 has a cooldown up to 150 seconds Her 3 is a shitty version of Rev's old 2, except with a 50% chance for it not to work The anti synergy and restrictions make this the most poorly designed and underwhelming frame in a long, long time. No amount of youtuber clickbait videos will change that
crazy fun but like every warframe release, i cant use her anywhere to have fun and get rewarded 😢, survival is boring af and the rewards are non existent, i wish DE does something about this for end game players

When Koumei gets a triple 6 roll while casting "Omamori" she becomes invincible for the next 4 minutes and 11 seconds

The strong part about lavos is that he can give gas damage. Gas scales off of gas mods and lavos is the only source of gas damage. Toxin, heat mods do not increase gas damahe

I found Strength to be really nice on her. Omamori scales with strength and can heal shields and grant over shields, so nice there, but the real star is Banraku. The damage it deals scales with strength, and as such the DoT damage of status effects it influcts scales with strength. You have have a high likelyhood of applying at least one, if not multiple DoT on one cast. It gets even better when you factor in Roar double dipping on DoTs. My Koumei sits on 314% strength (404% with Precision Intensify) and combining Roar with Banraku, her 4 can chunk the health off of level 300+ steel path enemies even without a lucky roll.
This is why RUclipsrs suck, they just pump videos out without knowing the full kit, just play the fucking game and then pump a video out once you understand everything
Too bad her 4 stops damage from teammates Warframes when there suspended even things like vaubans fletchettes any cc don’t work so it’s almost counter productive with a team since 4 people can do more damage then 1 person can and in the end her damage is capped something like flechettes isn’t
Even things like atlas rumblers can’t use enemies as punching bags it’s sad really

Statistically, I think I figured out where she kind of is at the start of the mission. She’s averaged by the end of the mission. She’s kind of stronger than Octavia but not really because no infinite damage and she’s required to be active
Octavia is way stronger. She has invisibility and free damage that literally does not require mods to keep up with steel path.
This isn't to say that Koumei is bad, but scaling damage and invisibility AND a lingering source of CC via threat levels (the resonator/orb/wheel) is just insanely good.

I'm not really sure what the point of running umbral intensify is. It's not mentioned in the build itself, just shown on-screen, and she really doesn't have any notable strength scalings. The damage of her 1 and 4 are afterthoughts compared to their status procs, and the heal return on her 3 doesn't really matter because most things will one-shot her once you start getting into steel path and above, and even if you tank into negative strength, she'll fully heal off of any amount of damage past base steel path because of just how much damage is technically incoming. Kind of feels like a wasted umbra forma and mod slot for a frame that could use something else to even a marginal benefit
I know I am going to get hate for this but I would replace her 2 with any armor strip ability for quick missions and for endurance just keep her base kit with mid Str/Rng/Dur with Arcane Aegis and Avenger with one Tauforged Amber Shard for Casting Speed.

I tried Sickening Pulse helminth with 4 green archon shards and yellow. She is way too fun to play with. I personally don't care for her 2nd ability, but she's great with and without it.
Shes probably missing the decreas that have a negative sacrificial decrees or w.e theyre called and maybe the rare decrees

Without decrees, she is weak and too much reliant at chance, and the dice chance is like 3% to proc
subsume the healing (considering she has hard CC skills + statuses, she don't need healing) with sickening pulse or expedite suffering and add green archon shards for full armor strip

her 1 has spaces between where enemys cant take hits and they dont hit even if the enemy is standing in the line its like natauk shot only hits once per enemy sort of but u get the idea
her 2 yeah u get decress but sometimes the challenges can jsut suck wall latch but theres little to wall latch onto esspecially in team where most frames kill before you even TOUCH them and wall latch plus some of the decrees are not useful and can even sometimes ruin your build the cooldown for me is honestly too long

her 3 honestly i feel like its fine but the chance should scale past 50% but not higher then lets say 75%

Koumei is alright for newer players clearing star chart but for anything else she is massively underperforming. I started out as the biggest koumei simp myself but after a day playing with her i can safely say she is easily one of the worst frames compared to the rest. Her design is so sick and the idea is great too but the execution hits like a old moldy sponge where if u hit a tripple six its only an old sponge without the mold but that for only one ability (which you cant even choose yourselves)
Really hoping for a quick buff or a slight mini rework (cause she really needs help)
You can make it work with sickening pulse but even an effing companion can prime better than her....
and no, i am not hating because i want to hate, i just stopped huffing the koumei copium and see the frame as what it is, a cosmetic frame with a great idea but everything else is massively underperforming ...

Koumei is a test of how well you understand Warframe and if you're a Meta slave or not.
She is an ungodly monster if you just know how to play her. But she doesn't instantly nuke the entire map, while being immortal, while gaining infinite energy with minimal effort. So most Meta Slaves will never play her over something like a Revenant.
The whole "why use X frame when Y frame is so utterly broken" argument is not at all an argument for Warframe.
So if you think she's a horrible frame you're either shit at Warframe or a Meta Slave. Not liking her kit is valid but doesn't make her a bad frame.
Would you provide an explanation on how you are supposed to play her that meta slaves can't understand?
Range and Strength is the way to go, duration is handy but range and strength is definitely the focus.

@@jakecard981 I prefer mallet personally, simple cheap, effective even with low strength, has none of the downsides of peacemaker which has more damage upfront especially at the beginning of a cast but the investment to make it good or par with benefits of mallet at high levels of content is much higher
Her 1 only does 1 status and enemies have to walk into it for it to proc, when pets can do the same. You can't place multiples. Also doesn't synergise with her 4
Her 2 has a cooldown up to 150 seconds
Her 3 is a shitty version of Rev's old 2, except with a 50% chance for it not to work
The anti synergy and restrictions make this the most poorly designed and underwhelming frame in a long, long time. No amount of youtuber clickbait videos will change that
