Normally I detest when the two are mixed, however, the total absence of jokes really helps emphasize the complete tonal shift in the horror sections, making them more unsettling by juxtaposition. Really well done here.
One thing that this game does which others like SL, UCN and SB don’t is completely separate the two tones. This allows for a contrast which emphasises the horrific nature of the horror sections while still being able to have laughs in the tycoon section. Games like UCN and SB especially dilute the horror by having jokes within those sections, which is why its not as effective.

The sharp contrast between childish fun and sinister horror in FNAF games has been, and always will be, brilliant. This game showcases that contrast so well with the cheerful process of making the pizzeria versus doing your end of day tasks.
It's like the contrast between the family friendly appearance of Freddy's pizzeria and the messed up things that go on behind the public's view in the restaurants
That’s one of the things that I feel like is missing in security breach. I’ve always loved the childish humor in the past FNAF games, it made them quirky and unique in the horror genre. Security breach felt too serious and different from past games. I just finished security breach earlier today, and the only things I can remember that were remotely humorous was the ending where Gregory ran away in the company car and Chica’s “bawking”. Definitely doesn’t compare to the humor of the past games. I miss Scott Cawthon.
@@chainsawmay well, fnaf 1-4 didn't have much childish humor, it had a childish appearance (the animatronics in particular) constrasted with the gloomy and unsettling atmosphere. Security breach really lacks polish since Steel Wool had to cut corners to meet the deadline, and the atmosphere isn't really there, from what i've lisened, plus, you never could fight back in FNAF games (blaster and camera) , which really cripples the horror factor

The Hog Rider card is unlocked from the Spell Valley (Arena 5). He is a very fast building-targeting, melee troop with moderately high hitpoints and damage. He appears just like his Clash of Clans counterpart; a man with brown eyebrows, a beard, a mohawk, and a golden body piercing in his left ear who is riding a hog. A Hog Rider card costs 4 Elixir to deploy. Strategy His fast move speed can boost forward mini tanks like an Ice Golem in a push. At the same time, he can also function as a tank for lower hitpoint troops such as Goblins as he still has a fair amount of health. Most cheap swarms complement the Hog Rider well, as they are nearly as fast as him and usually force more than one card out of the opponent's hand. The Hog Rider struggles with swarms, as they can damage him down and defeat him quickly while obstructing his path. Barbarians in particular can fully counter him without very strict timing on the defender's part, though be wary of spells. A Hunter can kill the Hog Rider in 2 hits if placed right on top of it. However, if you place something in front of the Hog Rider, the Hunter's splash will damage the Hog Rider and hit the card in front of it more. The Hog Rider in conjunction with the Freeze can surprise the opponent and allow the Hog Rider to deal much more damage than anticipated, especially if the opponent's go-to counter is a swarm, or swarms are their only effective counter to him. Skeletons and Bats will immediately be defeated by the spell, while Spear Goblins, Goblins, and Minions will be at low enough health to be defeated by a follow up Zap or Giant Snowball. However, this strategy isn't very effective against buildings as the Hog Rider will take a while to destroy the building, giving the opponent ample time to articulate another counter. Against non-swarm troops, it can deal a lot of damage during the freeze time, but this can allow the opponent to set up a massive counterpush. For this reason, players should either only go for a Hog Rider + Freeze when they have other units backing it up from a counterattack, or if the match is about to end and they need to deal as much damage as possible. It is not a good idea to send in a Hog Rider simply to destroy a building, especially if it is the only building targeting unit available, as defeating Crown Towers becomes substantially more difficult. Spells or simply waiting out the lifetime of the building are more effective. The exception to this is an Elixir Collector placed in front of the King's Tower. If a Hog Rider placed at the bridge, he can destroy the Collector for a positive Elixir trade, though the damage from both Princess Towers will usually mean he does not survive to deal any damage to them. However, if the opponent sends in defending troops, it can be an opportunity to gain spell damage value. In a deck with several low-cost cards, it might be worth it to simply send the Hog Rider against one building. These decks shuffle their card rotation quick enough, that they will arrive to their next Hog Rider before the next building arrives in the opponent's card rotation.

I see that in most new people playing this game. I think early on they want the maximum amount of money and shocking them seems like the wrong move. They learn later that its better to shock and of get less money than to die.

I'm pretty sure that's just his shadow. You can see a smaller but similar shape at the edge of the table before he's even moved and the three bumps that make up the shape could very easily just be a shadow of his cheeks and nose.

My favorite part of this game looking back are the voice overs. The way they describe that there might be something crawling around in the vents ready to jump out at you in such a calm manner can be kinda funny but it's also like very disturbing. It's like the rest of the people working for/with Fazbear's Pizzeria are all like desensitized to the idea of death and the animatronics possibly having sinister intentions because it's been going on for so long. We get a little bit of that in Security Breach, but it's not the same, Scott's way of creeping the player out is so clever and unique, I love it.
There's a noticable difference between the "older" games and Security Breach. I think part of that has to do with Scott stepping down from the FNAF franchise. I understand why things happened the way that they did, I just don't think FNAF will be the same moving forward! Note: I'm not excusing Scott's actions, I'm just doubtful of the people currently working on the game and how prepared/how much they know and understand about FNAF

I love how he so consistently ignores all warnings. Use the taser if it starts moving? Nope, now its loose. Avoid buying things that could be dangerous? Specifically buy the only stage with a warning and the only animatronic with a liability. Vent is loud so you need to check for anything coming? Immediately forgotten and dies the second something is loose because he assumed he would hear it coming. Never change, Mark.
From everything we've heard on distractible, the blatant disregard for his own safety seems to be a recurring theme in his life. It's only natural that'd carry over to his let's plays. 😂

His fast move speed can boost forward mini tanks like an Ice Golem in a push. At the same time, he can also function as a tank for lower hitpoint troops such as Goblins as he still has a fair amount of health. Most cheap swarms complement the Hog Rider well, as they are nearly as fast as him and usually force more than one card out of the opponent's hand.
The Hog Rider struggles with swarms, as they can damage him down and defeat him quickly while obstructing his path. Barbarians in particular can fully counter him without very strict timing on the defender's part, though be wary of spells.
A Hunter can kill the Hog Rider in 2 hits if placed right on top of it. However, if you place something in front of the Hog Rider, the Hunter's splash will damage the Hog Rider and hit the card in front of it more.
The Hog Rider in conjunction with the Freeze can surprise the opponent and allow the Hog Rider to deal much more damage than anticipated, especially if the opponent's go-to counter is a swarm, or swarms are their only effective counter to him. Skeletons and Bats will immediately be defeated by the spell, while Spear Goblins, Goblins, and Minions will be at low enough health to be defeated by a follow up Zap or Giant Snowball.
However, this strategy isn't very effective against buildings as the Hog Rider will take a while to destroy the building, giving the opponent ample time to articulate another counter.
Against non-swarm troops, it can deal a lot of damage during the freeze time, but this can allow the opponent to set up a massive counterpush. For this reason, players should either only go for a Hog Rider + Freeze when they have other units backing it up from a counterattack, or if the match is about to end and they need to deal as much damage as possible.
It is not a good idea to send in a Hog Rider simply to destroy a building, especially if it is the only building targeting unit available, as defeating Crown Towers becomes substantially more difficult. Spells or simply waiting out the lifetime of the building are more effective. The exception to this is an Elixir Collector placed in front of the King's Tower. If a Hog Rider placed at the bridge, he can destroy the Collector for a positive Elixir trade, though the damage from both Princess Towers will usually mean he does not survive to deal any damage to them. However, if the opponent sends in defending troops, it can be an opportunity to gain spell damage value.
In a deck with several low-cost cards, it might be worth it to simply send the Hog Rider against one building. These decks shuffle their card rotation quick enough, that they will arrive to their next Hog Rider before the next building arrives in the opponent's card rotation.

My favorite part of this game looking back are the voice overs. The way they describe that there might be something crawling around in the vents ready to jump out at you in such a calm manner can be kinda funny but it's also like very disturbing. It's like the rest of the people working for/with Fazbear's Pizzeria are all like desensitized to the idea of death and the animatronics possibly having sinister intentions because it's been going on for so long. We get a little bit of that in Security Breach, but it's not the same, Scott's way of creeping the player out is so clever and unique, I love it.
There's a noticable difference between the "older" games and Security Breach. I think part of that has to do with Scott stepping down from the FNAF franchise. I understand why things happened the way that they did, I just don't think FNAF will be the same moving forward!
Note: I'm not excusing Scott's actions, I'm just doubtful of the people currently working on the game and how prepared/how much they know and understand about FNAF
