Thanks, I'm a self tech guy and I never thought of this lol. The app has changed it's in app view. The menu is at top instead of left side. Is there a way to change this or is it something Netflix can only change? If it's a Netflix update I'll reach out to Netflix.
Started watching “the tutor” on Netflix & that background music made me stop it in 2 minutes cause it was so annoying & loud! Tried changing every audio settings in the firestick possible & nada! Didn’t even think of this & tried & it worked!!! Thanks Doc!!!!

A big thanks, Doc! I sorta know about this 5.1 issue, and you just clarified it for me, for us, much appeciated! Now, i think with Prime is a different story altogether, as it won't let you choose the audio track; it only has the 5.1 audio,... i think. And, yes, I do experience quiet dialogs on this latter one.

Hello new I'm a new subscriber to you channel.. having a problem with the paramount app on fire stick and also on my smart tv.. loads move really slow and it's a really bad picture when it starts.. I use hulu, prime video and Netflix and have zero issues.. cause reading on line people say must be my bandwidth I have 1g and my other apps like I said have 0 trouble and load extremely fast.. any suggestions?
Good information Doc. I hardly ever watch Netflix now since they cut back on account sharing. I have a firetv which has inbuilt dolby atmos etc, a lot of the time if I am watching RUclips etc I get annoying sound, thankfully you can turn off all these FANCY settings in the main TV settings.
I have to do this every time at my girlfriends home. It is the most irritating thing as it resets every tv episode to 5.1 and I can not stand it. The fact that people dealing with this issue are paying for netflix and having to do this every time something plays is outrageous.
I have a bose soundbar what's the best settings

I checked my phone, my PC and my Firestick. None of them listed English (5.1). I had English - Original and English - Audio Description. All three were set to English: Original.
This can either be the programmes or the type of subscription I have

You can also just go into hdmi output on your TV and change it to PCM for just 2ch sound
I'm using an Nvidia shield, tried with the wonder woman 1984 movie, only get 1 audio original, no options to change.

Can someone please help i was watching one piece last week and all of a sudden when going to a new episode it just disappeared. Now when i go on Netflix with my wifi none of the shows appear only a small section but when i turn it off everything appears and allows me to watch it??

Because I use Kodi and anyone who pays for Netflix are so sad 😔
If you use kodi with Real-Debrid which only cost £14 per every six months and you can watch any movies or TV show for free
