    What works for me when I need to ground myself is to say The Serenity Prayer,The Lord's Prayer and or The First Verse Of Amazing Grace...

      @@aphysique I actually had the job of administering but I am not a nurse. The most common one for sure was Depakote. It’s like a mood stabilizer but I’m sure it does other things.

    After my several tbis I only feel alive when I’m angry. I have to route the energy into something constructive while I feel it or nothing gets done with the same vigor.
