The meeting aimed to determine the completion level of these tasks with the goal of finalizing all drawings for Act 1 at the coloured frames stage, by the set deadline of Saturday at midnight.
The meeting addressed the scheduling of work for the Act 2 production, which will should be completed the upcoming week, ensuring alignment with the overall production deadline. In terms of technical scope, discussions also touched on the curating files on g-drive folders, maintaining animation continuity and consistency, and dealing with bottlenecks, all necessary for efficient workflow throughout the animation pipeline.
