Hi Chris! Thanks, it is very fun to make these, and i am looking forward to the next one, but i think the Me262 wont look that special with the green-brown camo. Maybe i'll really reroll the camo

Putting the fun back into painting your models. Cool idea doing a randomized color scheme on your builds. Fun fun fun.

Truly amazing model, the Italian destroyer model I mentioned in my last comment is scratch built from a type of clay

Wow very cool, impressive! how did it turn out? I never tried scratchbuilding a real vehicle as it is quite hard to get the dimensions right

It looked as if it would end up being 1:700 scale turned out mor like 1 144 and it looks quite Acurate
Also ever considered making a channel discord server as an easy way to chat and post notifications of new vids?

Hi Greg! Thanks, i also think it looks cool, the light and dark green camo could as well be standard tank camo, if it wasnt for the light blue belly - the KV-7 was an interesting build in general because i wasnt even aware of this vehicle before getting the model

Awesome video!!! Actually, I think that camo scheme "fits" that particular style of vehicle - looks great and definitely something different. Currently building Trumpeter's version of the KV-2, the German Pz.Kpfm KV-2 754(r). Yep - plenty of spare parts, even with the German version.

Hi James! I think if the light blue lower hull wasnt there, it could pass as a real tank camo, maybe except for the yellow strips, but it could be similar to the white lines on soviet vehicles for ID. I like the approach of Trumpeter, making many models from one base set of sprues, like this, they can retail for prices as low as they charge, which is nice, considering tamiya would price their tank models double to triple this price!

True, might be a good option, as the green-lightbrown lines seem a little less spectacular and unusual

@@funinscale2892 Your last video sort of inspired me to look around for more usual camo colors. Found a really neat Lebanese Army blue pattern for their Tiran4 (t55). Working on the kit now.

@@sayeager5559 I tried googling it, but cant find a blue paint scheme. Is it a miniart kit? Maybe i can find it like that, blue sounds interesting on a tank

@@funinscale2892 Its Takom Tiran 4, IDF Medium tank. No.2051. The box art shows a 3 color IDF tank. but there are 2 different Lybian schemes in the booklet. scalemates may have a scan of the book.

Paul Oii Modelworks page shows an all blue camo, but there is a dark/light blue variant in the instruction book that looks better.
