I've never watched the show so I don't have a clue what's going on here. But I am super curious. Is there a short explanation anyone could offer me to clear up why this scene is funny / great?
Gerald Wiseman Nancy is a pot dealer and has recently been paroled from prison. While in prison she had a lesbian relationship with the girl that came in at the end and kissed her. She is Demitris sister the guy who grabbed Nancy’s ass. He is in the army, but smuggles shit in and out of the country. He has hooked up with Nancy as well. Then Silas is Nancys oldest son and the guy Andy is her brother in law and Silas uncle. They sell pot out of Andy’s bike shop. Which is what he means when he says he isn’t interested in being the front anymore. The guy Nancy first came up in the elevator is some nobody she works with. Nancy’s pretty much a whore. No one knew about her lesbian prison relationship which is why the kiss is like whoa. I liked the first couple of seasons of Weeds, but it wasn’t all that good in the end. If you have nothing better to do then sure watch it, but it’s nothing to write home about.
@@datboi_gee I haven't watched this show in a few years but Nancy is a drug dealer who just got out of prison and trying to rebuild her life of drug dealing. Zoya (Russian woman) was her cellmate who wants to continue their affairs after being released. Nancy is secretly sleeping with Zoya's brother Demetri (Pablo Schreiber) who smuggles marijuana over seas through his military work. Nancy is also carrying on an affair with Roger Kline (elevator guy) but he is the only person who didn't know she was a drug dealer until this scene. Nancy is also being forced to be confidential informant and is wearing a wire. She is trying to muffle her microphone so no one gets in trouble. She used to sleep with her brother in law and they are partners in crime. Her son is a drug dealer too.
i was laughing so hard when i saw this for the first time.

I completely agree with you! I have watched it over and over a few times.. Lol
