- Zuchini fritters
2c. Shredded Zuchini
1/4C. Diced onion
1/2C. Parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Flour (gluten free works here as well)
Mix all ingredients heat a small amount of preferred oil. Add a FEW Tbsp. MIX to the pan fry until golden brown on both sides drain on paper towel or rack and serve.

Or we misinterpreted them. But this mill can go a bit past what I thought was the end of the line.
