Already, I have mentioned about this in description....
hi please Bro please check the explaination which is given for NAND gate and not for the NOR gate.
so the title is incorrect.
Bro there is correct explaination. Only by mistake I told there that vertical lines are rungs & horizontal line is power rail. But it is opposite. Correct is verticle lines are power rails & horizontal line is rung.

De morgan theorem states brake the line and change sign.
