  • "Hope and Fear" is a playlist that revolves around the theme of raw intuition, vulnerability, and sensitivity. These pieces bring to the light the powerful way of being that we all embody when one is drawn to listening to the inner voice of hope and fear. This playlist is pretty much inspired by Ólafur Arnalds music like "Living room songs", "So far", "So close", "Some kind of peace", "Near light"... and some others artists like Michael Nyman, Dustin O'Halloran, Frederich Chopin, Debussy, Max Richter, Rachel Grimes, Philip Glass, Yann Tiersen, Nils Frahm
I hope you enjoys this playlist 💙

Within the depth of my heart I’ve died yet able to see through sorrow, hoping for joy. Lovely piece that which may mend a broken heart.

this…. This is what I was trying so hard to find. Music is the only way I can truly feel all my emotions, cuz I tend to shut down in sort of a survival mode, where I’m just feeling completely numb. And every time I tried searching for the right songs, it would be a compilation of the same old TikTok songs every time… I knew of one of Ólafurs pieces that truly moved me and if not for that, I probably wouldn’t have found this. Thank you so much 🙏🏼

Oh I love the background. Very well done video. Like how you have all the song names showing. Would be cool if the song that was playing lit up a bit when it was playing. Well done🙏
