    For the Wallet Card:
    1) Rejection is just an opinion
    2) Rejection isn't typically final if we ask why. This may lead to a different, or smaller request.
    3) Rejection can generate insight, motivation and make us immune to rejection.

I personally get irked off when people ask me why if I have rejected their request or something. To me it feels like they are testing my boundaries especially when men do it with me. I can see how this works in professional setting though

Rejection is a real fear for me and being able to be ok with it and still talk in a Confident, Friendly and Open manner seems worth reading the complete book (instead of taking 100 Days Rejection Test) :)
Thank you so much for taking time to create this.

If you were rejected because of circumstances, then your ego should be fine, go knock another door. If you were rejected because you have some problem (bad social / language skill, bad understanding of the topic, etc.), then you should solve it first instead of getting more rejections. So you see you're already rejection proof to some rejections, and you should not ignore the others.

There's something that seems off about this. It feels like Jia Jiang's story isn't completely true. Imagine experiencing failure and then just thinking to yourself, "Hey lets go get rejected 100 times". That's just bizarre. Asking people "why" seems futile. Most people are going to be diplomatic and lie so that they don't come across as rude.

Watch some of his videos such as his TED talks, Google talks, and interviews from different podcasts or read his book. All 100 days are documented on his own YT channel. The idea of this rejection therapy exercise is to desensitize oneself from the fear of rejection. By starting off with little things, one can mentally prepare for major rejections in the future with less fear and anger. I've interviewed the guy years ago. Just because you wouldn't do something or find something to be odd, it doesn't mean others can't do it. I'm surprised that people like you would find something negative in every little thing, and in this case, an inspiring personal journey with lessons everyone can relate and use; 1.don't run from rejections but treat them as opportunities instead. 2. Rejection is just a numbers game so after some rejections, you will get accepted. 3. Rejection is not an indictment of who we are because it just an opinion so don't take it too personally and keep going and don't give up, etc.
