    Good video just a few details that were off of things said.. no biggie.
    The ge motor is basically different on the head portion.. block is the same minus the GTE oil squirter’s. The GE bottom ends that suck you were probably thinking of are the vvti version which was 97+ I think it 98 only, I’m talking left hand drive here. They did make them until 02 in Japan.
    The LHD is more rare and soght after because they made RHD like EVERYWHERE! Lol. Usa and I think Canada were the only LHD.. in Canada still had information in kilometers.
    Also the LHD motor is set up better for motor/steering stem configuration.
    97-98 had different front bumper of the marker lights change, headlights/taillights. Interior trim color . And the badges of course like you said.
    JDM turbos are ceramic blade and weaker than the USDM ones. And some other stuff. I know I’m forgetting it’s just early 😂

    2jz ge is not completely different from a gte because if you wanna get a ge you put gte parts on it and make a good amount of horsepower up to 500 but no higher, but let’s be honest if you can’t afford a gte you are NOT gonna be racing crazy fast cars.

      He clearly doesnt no what 2jz GE is, the bottom end of the 2JZ GE pre VVTI is exactly the same as the 2JZ GTE. The main difference is the compression ratio but this can easily be modified, attach a GTE head and a front face intake a few other expenisve bolt ons and you have yourself a frankenstein GTE capable of 1000hp.

    Im pretty sure the ge and gte has identical internal parts... just the gte has oil squirters, the 2jzge vvti has weaker connecting rods than the usual 2jzge/gte... plus please correct me if im wrong, dont wanna sound like a smart ass hahah

      Your 100% right the 2JZ GE Pre VVTI has the same bottom end as the GTE. The main difference is the compression ratio.
