You are, by and far, the best ASMRtist I have ever found. In one of your previous videos, I remember you talking about how it was important to use both the silences and the right volume when you talk, and I couldn't agree more. You are the first person that I know of to really use that technique, and it always puts me to sleep within minutes. Thank you so much for all you do to help someone like me get to sleep despite frequent anxiety-fueled insomnia!!!!
In the US, interstates are designated by numbers. Odd numbers run north to south, and even numbers run east to west. I live in New Mexico where I take I25, or the Pan-American highway, to work every day! Such a relaxing video! Now it’s time for bed. Thank you 😴
I love how the comment section of your videos is the most peaceful, supportive gathering of people ever, we're all just here to compliment the heck out of you and your incredible asmr skills and it's so amazing to see 🤓
By the time you have gone from Barrow Alaska to just the middle of the US, you have covered all the latitudes Europe encompasses. North America is that big. That geography alone is part of the cultural difference.
I absolutely love maps. I usually fall asleep because of the tingles, but sometimes I tune in mid day just to actually go through the maps! Such fun travels!
I still don’t get how other artists get more views by far for far lower quality videos. You’ve got so much going for your videos, they’re really informative, clear quality as anything, that voice (omg) and the general sound design is very well put together. So many more people need to see your work. Love it man, don’t slow it down!
I have become a devoted follower of your videos. I have a hard time falling asleep and need something soothing and tranquil to listen to. For years, I listened to Bob Ross videos. But, I have to say, you are now my go-to guy to help me relax and finally nod off. Please keep up the good work.
Another common way to go from the north to the south is by taking I5 from Vancouver Canada all the way to the border of Mexico. The highway takes you through Seattle, Portland (my hometown), San Francisco, Sacramento, LA and San Diego. It is the most famous highway on the west coast. Most people in the region including myself take the highway every day to work, school, etc. Great video 👍🏻😊

My city (Panama) is literally built around the Panamerican highway, you may see various parts of it from everywhere. The whole country depends on it for national terrestrial transport also.
I love your content!! Your voice is the most soothing voice I've ever heard, and I understand and am learning geography as I fall asleep. A win-win-win! I hope some day you are able to draw a map of my home state Pennsylvania in the United States! Thanks again for the amazing nights of sleep!
So happy that you did this highway system & this atlas is gorgeous! Was really cool to hear you say a few names from my home province! Was really hoping you would choose the Hwy 97 route thru BC to hear my hometown but maybe another time 😜

There is a fact non mentioned about pan-american highway. A huge percentage of the travelers prefers arrive to Panama City and take a boat to Cartagena. This is because between Colombia and panama Darien's is so dangerous for the extense jungle and narcos that are inside.
The artic between North America and Russia would be the hardest part. Huge bridges with a lot of maintenance due to conditions. We can connect Europe Asia and Africa although I think we need to build roads over the Congo river to get south I might be wrong on that. Australian is nearly impossible unless we make artificial islands with huge bridges
I’ve never stayed awake long enough to make it past Alberta 😅😴 so I’m starting at the end of that section tonight haha. This is sooo relaxing! One of my new favorites!
Here in Chile we're taught the Panamerican Highway ends where our Route 5 does (not in Argentina), which is near Puerto Montt in the south of the country. Route 5 is by far the most important route in Chile, it even serves as a major highway inside Santiago and basically everything comes and goes throught it via trucks, and the rail tracks that go south from Santiago also follow it. It's very cool to take a car from say, Copiapó in the desert and see how the landscape goes from completely dry up there to green, lush and full of volcanoes near Puerto Montt

Would have been cool if you described the landscape or the road or the food or people along the route. Still love the video and keep coming back. Never made it more than 30 min before I fall asleep. Thank you!
I have driven either to or from Alaska, mostly from Washington & Colorado, 11 times. It is a beautiful drive yet long and treacherous. In the past 5-10 years it has become much better maintained through Yukon & Alaska but years ago much of the road that far north was gravel and if maintained at all was done so poorly.

Fun fact: this atlas is so old, that there's a Canadian territory missing!
And the ussr
So, you mean, like, the 1990's?
It was printed in 1959 he said
Well names change, maybe it was different back then
The atlas could be 40 years newer and still be missing a territory.
