Hey friends! Have you ever been to Parque Arvi in Medellin? Would you consider it to be the best attraction in the city? If not, what’s your favorite? I’d love to hear from you! 😀 I do my best to reply to every message to show my appreciation 🙏
I was there a couple of weeks ago and I also made a 3 minute video of my visit to the Arvi park in Medellin. I was too focused on capturing a great footage of the city that I didn't realized there was a little fire in the background. LoL
Hey Andres! Cool what did you think of Arvi Park? I really loved it, and the Metrocable ride there was awesome! Next time I go back, I wanna film a bigger area of the park and all the activities you can do there like hiking, canoeing etc
Hi, great video! I'm curious if there are recommended hikes within the park itself, beyond the welcome area. My daughter wants more of a challenging hike, ideally not too many tourists. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks!
Hi. Thank you so much for watching the video 😀 That’s a good question… unfortunately I didn’t have time that day to leave the main tourist area but I plan to go back and make a video about other attractions in the area, perhaps I’ll film all the top attractions over a weekend. I found this information that might help you though: kinkajucolombia.com/hiking-parque-arvi/ I’ll try to make a part 2 to this video in the coming months 😀
@@AbroadWithBen Thanks for that! Hey in your video you said this was in your top 3 of sites in Medellin, what are the other two? We have a limited time (there for a wedding) but would love any other recommendations. Doing Comuna 13 and want to go to the modern art museum otherwise pretty open.
@@obds1515 I'd say if you're planning to stay in the city area, then a free guided walking tour of the city is really fun, and then you could follow that up with a visit to the Museum of Antioquia and maybe Parque Explora and the botanical gardens (all are fairly close by). Then, definitely Comuna 13 is an awesome experience and a trip to Arvi Park. If you can leave the city for a day, then definitely check out Guatapé and the Piedra del Peñol - it's definitely one of my favorite places in the whole country, and it's just a 2-hour drive from Medellin. I made videos on my channel about all these places I recommended if you need more info about them and how to get there etc.😀 I'm sure you'll have plenty to see and do in your short trip but you'll love it! Hope you enjoy the city!
Cool video! I'm watching from barrio Bello Oriente in Comuna Manrique, we are the barrio right underneath Parque Arvi. We locals don't pay the cable car twice and we don't pay entrance or hide a guide. We know the Parque better than anyone else. It's our backyard. When you have questions about Parque Arvi or Comuna Manrique or other parts of my city, feel free to ask.
@@mdenewsreporter Thank you so much for watching my video, I hope you liked it. I'll definitely return to Arvi Park in the future and explore the areas a little further away from the Metrocable station, and maybe do some hiking or stay overnight in the area. I love Arvi. Thanks again 😀
congrats.. very well done,, thumbs up from me
Thank you so much 😀 I’m really glad you liked the video, I appreciate your message 🙏

@@AbroadWithBen I think Arví park is a fantastic place, I'll go back next time to visit the forest, also for a picnic day and canoeing. 😊👍🏽
