My local smoke shop just started carrying blue lotus vapes. Holy sehkmet! Strong as sheol! Two good hits and I’m in another world, mind and body high for hours and hours
I remember smoking blue lotus spliffs out on my buddy's porch, it was late like midnight and the elderly neighbor lady came out and exclaimes "It's NOT Ra Ra time!" She must've known Blue Lotus is connected to sun god Ra
I have suffered from sleep paralysis, the trick that was taught to me to lucid dream without meds are to remain still, do not move if you wake up from a dream. Stay still and try to go back to sleep. I've been able to control my dreams several times, not every time, but a lot. I will try blue lotus and see if this works. Controlling your dreams was like a super hero vidoes game. Was rare that I ever dreamed at all but lucid dreaming was amazing
Yes it’s very fun. Easy to forget that you remembered that you’re dreaming though too. Also for sleep paralysis, a trick I found that if I imagine spinning my body or trying to move back and forth, it will wake me up and get me out of it.
@@dogchees I've noticed, most sleep paralysis is a result of supine, sleep disordered breathing while in REM sleep stage. Avoiding supine sleep will most likely remove the issue.
Ah, sleep paralysis... a doorway to the mystical realms for some, a terrifying encounter with the unknown for others. You speak of it as if it were merely a tool, a key to unlock lucid dreaming, which indeed it can be. But let’s not overlook the deeper layers of this phenomenon. Sleep paralysis is not just a physiological quirk of the brain or body; it’s a fascinating intersection between the waking world and the astral planes. In those moments when your body is asleep but your consciousness is awake, you're straddling two realities. One foot in the physical, the other in the non-physical. It’s a state revered by ancient mystics and shamans, a moment where the veil between worlds is thin, offering glimpses into dimensions beyond our everyday perception. This is not just a trick for lucid dreaming-it’s a profound opportunity for spiritual exploration. By remaining still, as you mentioned, and resisting the urge to jolt yourself out of that liminal state, you're effectively aligning yourself with what we might call "the vibrational threshold." This is where consciousness can become untethered from the physical body, and if one chooses, can embark on astral journeys or delve into the subtler realms of existence. But let’s also remember that sleep paralysis can bring fear because our physical mind clings to the familiar. The trick is not just to remain still physically, but to be still mentally-to let go of fear, of control, of the need for sensory validation. Once you surrender to the process, it becomes a powerful launching pad, not just for lucid dreams but for out-of-body experiences and deeper spiritual insights. So, yes, lucid dreaming can feel like a superhero video game. But it’s also a chance to explore the landscapes of the soul, the hidden layers of consciousness that lie just beneath the surface of waking life. And if you're venturing further into this with blue lotus, remember that any external aid is merely a tool to enhance what's already within you. The true mastery comes from learning to navigate these spaces with awareness, clarity, and openness, regardless of external influences. In those moments of paralysis, instead of seeing it as a trap, see it as an invitation to explore the depths of your own consciousness. The universe is vast, and so is the mind-dare to explore both.
Thanks Shelby. Been "lighting it up" and drinking blue lotus tea for about 6 months now and I believe it does help with anxiety and depression. As a!ways you provide the most comprehensive info on another great medicine.and
ever heard of california poppy, I have had like 3 times in my life and its like the peyote of dreams (seriously). You take 3 leaves and make a tea, let it sit for like 10 mins then drink it (usually afternoon), zero effects while awake but your dreams are intense and amazing. I tend to have it, have insane dreams then not want to touch it again for years. The dreams would remind me of dali style, but everything has very deep meaning in your life. I never hear anyone speak about this, never but it was once sold as a dream herb back in the 90's at certain spiritual shops here.

I just tried blue lotus tincture last week with 3g mushies. It made me see lots of neon like you said, but also very "cyber" and metal/electronic imagery. It was strangely very mechanical and cyberpunk inspired stuff in my mind. Very chrome with neon accents and a lot of circuit patterns. Strangest trip I've had in a while o.o

This is a great video on Blue Lotus. I was intuitively drawn to this, and then shortly after found a locally made tincture. I am having about 1ml of the tincture before bed and having wild dreams.
