Hi Lewis mate. What is your take on a head of youth development from a different country. I'm asking because I have never done it I have always had a hoyd from the country I'm in how ever all of them who r polish r not good enough. But I wanted to ask b4 I give it a go
Not Lewis obviously but I’m currently doing a youth only challenge in Germany. Currently in the year 2050 competing for the UCL, after winning the Bundesliga twice now. Have had a Dutch HOYD since 2028 and I’ve had some great intakes including a future Ballon D’Or winning striker. So for what it’s worth I’d say it probably doesn’t matter
@terch2882 when you hired the hoyd did you notice if he was firmiliar with Germany coz most usually r from Holland the ones I'm looking at for my Polish build a nation save r from France there is a few from Germany but my issue is they have no understanding of Poland and I'm concerned as to how this may effect my intakes and the types of nationalities I will get. As I said above I ajbe never gone down this route and I'm in no man's land with it
@@dannytilley4878 honestly mate I can't remember sadly. I would personally just get the HOYD with the best personality regardless of nation, but that's just me
