On Ipconfig/ release
No Operation can be performed on Ethernet while it has its media disconnected
I also can't ipconfig renew the ethernet is connected & I have internet & the cable is new

I could find ethernet icon on network and sharing but i have connected ethernet cable from router to laptop i have wifi access but no ethernet access please help me in this matter

In the first one, in my computer it said it was connected to a virtual network and I couldn’t execute the internet problem tester.
And now I don’t know what to do
